Every practice is open for everyone.

Outdoor (roughly April-September):

Monday and Wednesday at 6.00 pm at Nørresundby Gymnasiums field

At the beginning and end of the outdoor season trainings may start early due to the early sunset.

Unfortunately there are no showers and locker rooms available for outdoor training.

Indoor (roughly October-Marts):

Tuesday at 7.30-10.30 pm at Nørresundby Gymnasium (need door code to enter)
Thursday at 8.00-10.00 pm at Gigantium (some cancelations will happen)

For our convenience of planning the training it is highly appreciated that you sign up for practice at the forum, this is however not necessary.

It is advised to contact us via forum or email to ensure training is os as cancelations can happen. Especially around the border between seasons where we might have a couple of weeks off or we have switched indoor/outdoor a little late or early after finishing the Championship.

Any change of plans will be posted on the forums.
